Thank you for saying YES to toys that inspire girls to explore technology!

You'll be hearing a lot more from us in the coming days and weeks. We'll soon be sending you a survey to get emails and/or sizes and mailing addresses for your rewards and we'll keep you up to date every step of the way as we go through the manufacturing process to bring Linkitz to you!

You are a part of our journey -- it doesn't end here. Please feel free to email us and stay in touch via Twitter, Facebook, and and Instagram. Let us know what links you'd like to see next. We are so appreciative to every one of you for helping us get to the next phase of Linkitz.

ONWARD! And thank you again!

Just 3 days and $8,000 to go to start making Linkitz!

Hi Everyone!

Thank to you, our 584 amazing backers, we have raised $86,776 so far and we're on a roll! We just need a little bit more to meet our campaign goal and start manufacturing Linkitz!

We know from your hundreds of tweets and emails that the Linkitz story and mission is resonating around the world. Help us finish our campaign with a bang and we'll start making Linkitz for you and your daughters, granddaughters, nieces, friends, cousins, and sisters!

(Many of you are first-time Kickstarter backers so you may not know that Kickstarter is all-or-nothing: if we don't meet our goal by 4pm EDT this Friday, no funds are collected and the campaign ends.)

Please help us reach our goal by sharing the Linkitz story with any of you family, friends and colleagues who are interested in inspiring girls to make the future! Here are some items you can Tweet or Share on Facebook !

In case you missed them, we posted two new videos to our site this week: One shows the motion link in action:

and the other is a sneak peek at the Linkitz app:

Thank you so much, and see you at the finish line!

Happy Saturday, Linkitz backers!

Things are really exciting here at Linkitz HQ. With 6 days to go, we are 80% of the way to our goal! We've raised over $76,000 from 478 backers. You are amazing!!! Thank you all!

Right now, we are working on the packaging design, setting up manufacturing contracts, and getting ever closer to having Linkitz in your hands by December.

But we need you to help us make it to our goal by sharing our campaign with your friends, family and colleagues. Together we can help girls and boys make the future!

Rounding the corner on Week 3!
almost 9 years ago – Thu, May 28, 2015 at 10:57:19 PM

Hi Backers!

A lot to report this week! We passed $50K and 400 supporters, which means we are that much closer to being able to start making Linkitz!

Media round-up:

We are going to NYC this week to film a segment for Gigabyte on the BEN Network about Linkitz and inspiring girls in tech. Watch for it!

Matt Fifer wrote this great piece on Linkitz, "How Girls Can Fall in Love With Tech".

LInkitz also made headlines in Japan's Weekly ASCII! Thanks to Ryo Morita for the coverage, which makes us wish we spoke better Japanese. You can read the original here  - Google Translate says it calls us "Magic bracelet wearable device Linkitz"!

We're also super proud of the guest post our Chief Learning Officer Chris Wallace wrote for WT VOX.

Thanks to everyone who shared the posts on social. We love seeing your tweets, hearts and likes.

By sharing our Kickstarter page directly to your Facebook, twitter, or e-mail directly to your friends, you'll help us reach our goal!

Here’s a tweet to retweet and a Facebook post to share

With your help, we can start making Linkitz this fall and show girls that they, too, can make the future.

Thanks!
